Here under mentioned TERMS AND CONDITIONS state the important requirements regarding the customer's use of the website (www.kasperinfotech.com) of KASPER INFOTECH PVT. LTD.


Customers should read the TERMS AND CONDTIONS carefully, as they contain some important instructions which would help us with our rights to change its conditions as in, How long it lasts, Fees for early termination, limitations of liability, privacy and settlement of disputes by arbitration etc.


If a customer accepts these TERMS AND CONDITIONS, it will apply to all their service plans from KASPER INFOTECH PVT. LTD. and www.kasperinfotech.com, including all their existing plans. Customer's acceptance to these terms and conditions will be implied by the use of the company's services.



AGREEMENT

These terms and conditions together with, each accepted plan order submitted by the customer, additional terms mentioned for the customer's plan order, privacy policy, refund policy, disclaimer and other policies in force for the time are to be stated in the entire agreement between customer's and the company (Kasper Infotech pvt. ltd.). The plan order will act as a part of the Agreement only if the same has been acknowledged by the company in writing or by an e-mail. Customers must agree to the Terms and Conditions in order to be eligible to use the company's portal or obtain any services listed below.


DEFINITIONS
Certain terms defined in these Terms and Conditions are also used in the Terms of Service, Refund Policy, Disclaimer, Referral Policy, Fraud Detection Mechanism, Anti-Spam Policy, Security Policy and Privacy Policy and are also incorporated by reference to these Terms and Conditions.


CONTENT Content refers to Software, Materials, Services and other related information collectively.


Customer(s) the You or you
Refers to an existing, past or prospective user individually, any person or robot, including any employer he/she/it who is acting on behalf of KASPER INFOTECH PVT. LTD.


MATERIALS
Materials are any web casts, downloaded areas, white papers, press releases, datasheets, FAQs, product information, quick reference guides, or other works of any kind that are made available to download from the company's portal, which is the proprietary and copyrighted work of Kasper Infotech pvt. ltd. The definition of Materials does not include the design or layout of the portal.


SOFTWARE Software means a computer program of any kind, whether owned by the company or any third party, whether delivered via download, CD, any media or other delivery methods including client and/or network security software. Elements of a software are protected under copyright, trade secret, unfair competition, and otherlaws. Software includes both company as well as the third party software. Customer's use of the Software is subject to the respective agreements such as the license agreement or user agreement that accompanies or is included with in the software, ordering documents, exhibits and other terms and conditions that apply as per the license terms.


SUBMISSION OF PLAN ORDERS & SERVICE PLANS
Customer may order service by submitting Plan Orders through the company's portal or by calling at the company itself. Once the company accepts the Plan Order submitted by the customer, then they will receive an email from the company at the email address that the customer provides or have already provided to the company as a part of the registration process for the services. The company is not responsible for rendering services in connection with any Plan Order that has not been accepted. As a Plan Order gets accepted by the company, the customer gets a Service Plan.


UNDERTAKING
Subject to the Terms and Conditions, and other terms specific to each Service Plan, the company addresses the customer's query using commercially reasonable efforts in order to provide appropriate solutions under the Services. In most cases, the company will attempt to problem diagnosis and solution too through toll free number (in specified countries only), chat, emails or other means as it proves most appropriate under the circumstances. Customer understands that there maybe a text file placed on Customer computer that will explain the contact details of the company. If such a text file is placed on the customer's computer, then the customer has the option to either save the file for future reference or to delete it from the customer's computer. All undertakings under the Service Plans are subject to the company's limited warranty. For more information, please refer to online documentation or call us at 844-445-6625. Customers must agree to pay the fees for all the services and any other fee/charges applicable as set out in the relevant Plan Order in accordance with the Payment Terms.


PAYMENT
Services against any Plan Order will be available once the customer has made the payment for the services according to the requirements of the corresponding Plan Order. All payments against the plan orders will be collected by the KASPER INFOTECH PVT. LTD. The company has no obligations to render services under any Service Plan if the payments as required under any Plan Order have not been made. When a customer purchases a service, the customer who agrees to a specific price and plan, to all the terms of Service Fee and/or any other fee payable under any mode of payment for a Subscription shall be set forth in the applicable Plan Order. Similarly, some plans may offer a discount (Bundle Discount) on the services if the customer signs up for other the company's services.
